Return Shipping Costs
For all returns, we recommend that you first contact us immediatlly if your item is damaged or defective. This allows us to assist you appropriately before you proceed with returning the item.
If the product is confirmed to be damaged due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide evidence of the damage (e.g., photos) in your initial communication to qualify for free shipping.
For items that are not damaged, please contact us immediately, we will handle the situation with the shipping delivery. we still cover the return shipping costs.
